Can't change my Airscource filter?

My Air Source air purifier Learned it is not the Air source itself. It is the modual you put in it. To change to a new one. The skrew is set in there permanently not to be turned??? We had to pry it out with a skrew Driver because this modual is plugged into the unit, not easy, Because the skrew helped it out.

Buyer beware: Ordered on phone via customer service Because For no reason m their website didnt accept payment. When I placed order over phone agent ensured Shaklee protein would be shipped the next t day to my elderly mother who lives out of state and was completely out. Six days later I contacted Shaklee because she didnt receive it. The customer service person said she couldnt give me info because I wasnt the person on the order. I explained the reason I was calling is because my mother is nearly deaf. I also explained I was on the billing information. She said she didnt have that info. After 40 mins of being on hold and our conversation, she asked for my phone number and said she would have her supervisor call me. I didnt receive a call. I received an email, basically stating our order hasnt been shipped but was now on its way. That was about four days ago. I checked the tracking number and it still hasnt been sent for shipping to USPS. I emailed them again, clearly frustrated. No response after five days.
